Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick
  • 1 c. Egg Beaters 99% Egg Substitute or possibly 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. Apple Cider

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs till light. Add in Bisquick mix and fresh cider.
  2. Mix till smooth.
  3. Pour onto warm griddle (greased if necessary).
  4. Cook till edges are dry.
  5. Turn, cook till golden brown.
  6. Makes about 12 pancakes. Top with applesauce instead of syrup.
  7. These were very good.
  8. NOTES : This might be a good one for using leftover mulled cider. [Mary Curtis]
