Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Sunsweet Lighter Bake
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. peeled and diced tart green apples
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Lighter Bake

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat two 3/4-inch muffin pans with vegetable cooking spray or possibly line with paper muffin c.; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar, Lighter Bake, egg, egg white and vanilla; mix well. Stir in apples. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; stir into apple mix. Stir in raisins. Spoon into prepared muffin pans. Sprinkle proportionately with Streusel Topping. Bake 25 min or possibly till springy to the touch. Cold in pans 5 min; remove to rack.
  2. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
  3. Streusel Topping: In small bowl, combine sugar, all-purpose flour and cinnamon. Stir in Lighter Bake with fork or possibly fingertips to make a fine crumb mix.
