Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg grnd
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 c. apricots fresh - halves
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x crust pie shell unbaked
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Preparation Time: 0:40Combine sugar, nutmeg, salt and flour. sprinkle lemon juice over apricots. Arrange apricots and dry mix in alternate layers in an unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust of unbaked shell. Crumble topping ingredients and sprinkle over top crust. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 min. Lower heat to 350 and bake for 25 min more. Cold on wire rack.
