Fresh Atlantic Salmon Saute

Ingredientes

  • 3 x Salmon filets, 2 ounce ea., wafer cut
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Chef salt
  • 1/2 c. Seasoned flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced mushroom
  • 2 Tbsp. White cooking wine
  • 1/2 x Juice of small lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Soft butter

Direcciones

  1. Cut salmon into thin slices. Season salmon with Chef salt and dredge in flour. Saute/fry in butter quickly on each side and remove. Add in sliced mushrooms, tomato, green onion, lemon juice and white wine. Reduce over heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in butter and serve sauce over salmon.
