Fresh Berry Fruit Dessert Cup with Lemon~Lime Whipped Cream

Wonderful dessert using fresh berries!

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon
  • 1/2 Fresh Lime
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Garnish fresh mint (chopped finely, optional)

Direcciones

  1. Rinse all berries, hull and cut strawberries
  2. In a mixing bowl add heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice only, lime juice only and using a hand held mixer run on high to whip cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add fresh fruit into dessert vessel and garnish with Lemon~Lime Whipped cream
