Fresh Orange Bread

Have you met Jennifer from Not Your Momma’s Cookie? I started following Jennifer just a few months ago, and have grown into a big fan. Every post I read, I think “we would be such good friends in real life!!” Jennifer is ridiculously talented at sugar cookies. Just look at these Hunger Games Cookies. She does regular desserts too like Ultimate Reese’s Magic Cooke Bars, and Let it Snow Cupcakes. Alright, enough from me.

Howdy! I’m Jennifer and make sweet and geeky treats and sugar cookies over at Not Your Momma’s Cookie. I’m excited to be here for Erin, even though I’m super jelly of her AMAZING vacation. Hopefully, she’ll share her sure-to-be incredible pictures with all of us!

It is a dense, moist bread, bursting with orangy flavor. Perfect for those days when you want breakfast to be all it can be!

Pour/scoop the orange mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Scoop into loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick or knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring t
