Receta Fresh Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 6 c. Fresh peeled, sliced peaches (about 6 medium sized)
- 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar plus
- 1/4 c. Eqivalent brown sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar plus
- 1/4 c. Equivalent sugar substitute
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. Liquid butter substitute
- 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Liquid egg substitute
- 1/4 c. Water Fat-free cooking spray (sufficient to cover a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish)
Direcciones
- In a 3 qt saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar & equivelent, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Pour mix into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish which's been sprayed with a fat-free cooking spray.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, sugar & equivalent, baking pwdr. Stir in butter substitute with a fork till moistened and it resembles course crumbs. Add in skim lowfat milk, water and egg substitute. Mixing just till dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by scan 1/4 cupfulls over the warm filling. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till topping is light brown. Serve with non-fat Dream whip or possibly non-fat frzn yogurt.
