Ingredientes

  • 2 c. finely minced peeled cored Bosc pears (about 3 large
  • 1/4 c. finely minced fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced jalapeno chile
  • 2 tsp chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 clv garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk vinegar and honey in small bowl to blend. Stir into pear mix. Cover and chill at least 30 min. (Can be prepared 4 hrs ahead. Cover and chill.)
  2. NOTES:Makes about 2 c.
