Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Fresh chunk pineapple, (or possibly canned) (1 to 2)
  • 1 c. Sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 1 1/2-2 qt size baking pan or possibly dish. In a mixing bowl, mix sugar and flour together. Stir pineapple chunks into flour and sugar mix. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle proportionately with cheese. Add in cracker crumbs and spread proportionately. Drizzle melted butter or possibly margarine over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min until topping is browned and the edges are bubbling slightly. Remove and cold until set
  2. (10-20 min). Serve warm or possibly at room temperature. Delicious!
  3. NOTES : This absolutely delicious casserole can be served as a side dish or possibly as a dessert.
