Ingredientes

  • 1/4 pt Raspberries
  • 1/4 pt Strawberries (cut in 1/4)
  • 2 x Apricots (seeded and cut in 1/4)
  • 2 x Fresh Figs (cut in 1/4)
  • 1 ounce Port Wine
  • 4 1/2 ounce Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Procedures:Wash, dry, and cut the fruit.
  2. Steep the fruit in the Port Wine for 30 min.
  3. Stir the Mascarpone Cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
  4. Put the fruit in a serving dish and top with the mascarpone cream.
  5. Simple. Delightful.
