Ingredientes

  • 1/2 tsp finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1 x juice of one lime
  • 1 x juice of one lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard pwdr
  • 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. peanut oil Tuna
  • 8 ounce fresh tuna
  • 1 sm head Boston lettuce, washed and torn into bite sized pcs
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 2 x green onion, minced
  • 1 sm chili pepper, seeded, minced
  • 1 x pink grapefruit, cut into segments

Direcciones

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients together. Whisk together well.
  2. Tuna:Rub both sides of tuna with about 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.
  3. Cook tuna over high heat on a grill or possibly under the broiler for about 4 min on each side. Set aside.
  4. Add in green onions and minced pepper to the remaining dressing.
  5. Arrange lettuce and sprouts on a plate. Place tuna on top of lettuce and sprouts. Drizzle liberally with dressing and garnish with grapefruit segments.
