Ingredientes

  • 2 x Belgian endives
  • 1 x Radicchio head, or possibly ruby lettuce
  • 1 x Boston lettuce head
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp Gingerroot, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh coriander, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced

Direcciones

  1. Dressing: In bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, homey, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in coriander and basil.
  2. Trim endives; separate into leaves. Separate and tear radicchio and Boston lettuce into bite-size pcs. In salad bowl, toss greens with dressing.
