Ingredientes

  • 500 g chicken liver - may be a turkey
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 pcs eggs - for coating
  • 1 cup bread crumbs - to coat
  • 1 pinch of salt - the salted beaten egg
  • 2 cups oil - for frying
  • for garnish
  • 1 bowl of vegetables - lettuce, tomato ... what you love
  • 4 tablespoons tartar sauce

  • 10 pieces of potatoes or more.

Direcciones
