Ingredientes

  • 1 lb chicky livers (which's what we call 'em)
  • 1 x onion, sliced to fall apart
  • 1 x cv garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 x () large mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 x () sprigs parsley/oregano, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Lightly saute/fry livers and garlic in the butter. Remove. Add in onions, cook just till clear. Add in everything except the wine. Cook till barely done. Add in wine, cook till done.
