- Lb. conch to 1/8-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or possibly an rolling pin; cut into 1-inch pcs. Combine conch and Large eggs in a large mixing bowl. Dredge conch in flour mix till well coated.
- Carefully drop conch into deep warm oil (350F.). Cook 3 min or possibly till conch floats to the top and are golden. Drain well on paper towels.
- Transfer conch to a hot serving platter; serve with cocktail sauce.
