Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Fresh corn
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Red and green bell peppers, minced
  • 1 tsp Onions, minced
  • 4 tsp Flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry corn in 2 Tbsp. butter; set aside. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter, then add in peppers and onion. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently till tender. Add in flour and mix well. Add in lowfat sour cream and continue to cook stirring constantly till thickened. Season with salt and pepper and serve with corn.
