Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Yellow Cornmeal
  • 1 c. Boiling Water Salt To Taste

Direcciones

  1. Pour boiling water over cornmeal.
  2. Stir about 1 minute.
  3. Wet hands and with Tbsp. take up piece of "dough" about the size of an egg.
  4. Toss back and forth in palms to create a ball.
  5. Then flatten ball with one hand while holding dough in the other.
  6. Fry in 1/2 inch of warm oil till golden.
  7. Yield: 7 (2 1/2 inch) pcs.
