Receta Fried Garlic Chips
This was introduced in our household due to some of our elders having hypertension health problems.
Ingredientes
- 1-2 Big Bulb of Garlic
- salt and pepper
- canola oil
Direcciones
- Peel off garlic bulbs, separate each cloves.
- Slice thinly like chips.
- Deep fry in canola oil until golden brown. Do not overcook as it will taste bitter.
- Place on paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
