Ingredientes

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Honey or chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Oil

Direcciones

  1. 5 hours in advance: Combine crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow pan
  2. Let ice cream soften slightly for 5 minutes.
  3. Make 6 balls of ice cream,roll in crumb mixture until well coated,
  4. pressing coating into ice cream.
  5. Wrap in foil and freeze for 5 hours.
  6. Heat oil to 450 degrees F
  7. Unwrap each ball and fry in hot oil VERY BRIEFLY,
  8. about 2 seconds.
  9. Place in dessert dish, decorate with toppings,
  10. whipped cream and a cherry.
  11. Serve immediately.
