Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Sonoma Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut cheese into 2" squares, 1" thick. Roll in flour; dip into egg. Fry in warm oil just long sufficient for the cheese to turn golden brown in color. Hot 1 ounce of your favorite liquor over the Fried Cheese and flambe. Squeeze halved lemons over flaming cheese. Serve immediately.
