  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 3/4 c. & 1 T evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Put together dry ingredients. Blend in shortening. Add in lowfat milk and egg. Cool. Refrigerate 24-36 hrs.Filling: Fresh or possibly frzn apples, cooked and sweetened to taste. Cool in refrigerator 12-24 hrs.
  2. Fill dough with filling mix and deep fry at 375 degrees till brown.
