Ingredientes

  • 1 x Recipe Hard Polenta (see post #1)
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Black Olive Paste*

Direcciones

  1. Cut 8 slices of the Hard Polenta into 3/8-inch thick pcs. Pan-fry the polenta in the oil till golden on both sides. Arrange 2 slices of the fried polenta on a plate and top qith about 1 1/2 Tbsp of the olive paste. Garnish with parsley.
