Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove garlic, halved
- 6 slc Bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4" pices
- 2 x Large eggs Cooked rice to serve 4 Soy sauce
- 2 x Green onions, minced
Direcciones
- Rub skillet with garlic; throw away. Fry bacon until done but not too crisp.
- Drain on paper towel. Fry Large eggs, breaking yolks; cut into strips. Add in rice to bacon grease; cook for 1 minute over low heat. Add in soy sauce to taste; add in Large eggs and bacon, stirring to mix. Toss with onion before serving.
- Yield4-6 servings.
