Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Squash (white)
  • 2 x Large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Bread crumbs (buttered) Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste)

Direcciones

  1. Peel and slice squash into thin slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Dip squash into mix of Large eggs and lowfat milk. Roll in bread crumbs and dip in lowfat milk a second time. Roll squash in bread crumbs and drop into warm grease till brown (approximately 5 min).
  2. Serves 4 to 6.
