Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg , hard pink tomatoes or possibly light green tomatoes (you do not want them to be fully ripened) (up to 6)
  • 1 c. (or possibly more) flour
  • 1 c. (or possibly more) lowfat milk
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. (or possibly more) cracker meal or possibly bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Slice tomatoes, about 1/4-inch thick. Dip both sides first into the Large eggs, then into the flour, then into the lowfat milk and finally into the cracker meal or possibly bread crumbs. Fry them either on your stove top in a skillet or possibly and electric frying pan. Cover the entire bottom of your pan with veg. oil such as vegetable, canola, or possibly whatever you happen to have. Fry on both sides till browned, flipping them over only one time.
