--I%20actually%20made%203%20different%20kinds%20of%20Russian%20Tea.%20%20THREE!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESee%20here...can%20you%20tell%20the%20difference?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20same%20goes%20for%20my%20friends---not%20much%20difference--%20in%20Tomi%20Pingree%20and%20Debbie%20Engstrom.%20%20Except---I%20live%20in%20the%20same%20town%20as%20Debbie.%20%20Debbie%20and%20I%20have%20had%20coffee%20every%20Tuesday%20morning%20for%20years.%20%2012%20years%20to%20be%20exact.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20know%20that%20if%20Tomi%20and%20I%20lived%20in%20the%20same%20town%20now,%20we%20might%20be%20early%20morning%20friends%20too...as%20it%20was,%20we%20were%20afternoon%20friends%20when%20we%20lived%20in%20the%20same%20town.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESee?%20%20%20Just%20a%20few%20different%20measurements%20and%20techniques!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet%20me%20meander%20back%20to%20the%20tea.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDebbie%20has%20ground%20cloves%20in%20her's.%20%20%20(the%20one%20in%20the%20middle)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETomi%20does%20not.%20%20(the%20one%20on%20the%20left)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20I%20came%20across%20one%20that%20added%20a%20package%20of%20black%20cherry%20Kool-aide,%20so%20I%20added%20that%20to%20the%20one%20on%20the%20right.%20%20%20And%20that's%20what%20I%20ended%20up%20taking%20a%20photo%20of---the%20reason%20it%20is%20so%20dark%20orange.%20%20It%20wants%20to%20be%20black%20cherry%20color.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20are%20all%20good---just%20like%20they%20are.%20%20You%20could%20choose%20any%20and%20be%20okay.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20want%20to%20add%20the%20Black%20Cherry%20Kool-aide,%20add%20it%20to%20Debbie's%20recipe.%20%20That's%20what%20I%20did.%20Or%20%20Tomi's.%20%20Either%20way,%20it's%20okay.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFriendship%20Tea%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20friend%20Debbie%20E.%20via%20the%20Friday%20Friend%20Cookbook%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20all%20together.%20%20Put%202%20T%20into%20a%20cup%20of%20hot%20water.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20now....%20I%20give%20you%20not%201,%20but%202%20of%20my%20favorite%20friends!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETomi%20and%20I%20met%20about%2033%20years%20ago,%20when%20we%20both%20lived%20in%20Elko,%20Nevada.%20%20Neither%20one%20of%20us%20does%20now.%20%20We%20plan%20to%20meet%20there%20one%20day%20for%20lunch%20tho.%20%20This%20summer%20or%20the%20next!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20had%20many%20suppers%20with%20our%20families.%20%20Our%20kids%20were%20babies%20and%20toddlers%20and%20there%20were%20a%20lot%20of%20them.%20%20Well,%206%20seemed%20like%20a%20lot%20at%20the%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove%20her%20and%20miss%20her----and%20we%20WILL%20meet%20in%20the%20middle%20to%20have%20lunch%20one%20day%20soon!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETomi%20and%20her%20little%20grandson%20William.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(I%20stole%20it%20from%20Facebook.%20%20I%20am%20going%20to%20have%20to%20look%20thru%20old%2035mm%20photos%20of%20ones%20of%20her.%20We%20haven't%20lived%20close%20since%20the%20invention%20of%20digital.%20%20)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDebbie%20and%20I%20became%20next%20door%20neighbors%20%2025%20years%20ago.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20used%20to%20do%20afternoon%20tea.%20%20For%203%20years.%20%20Then%20I%20moved%20away%20for%205%20years.%20When%20I%20moved%20back%20we%20didn't%20live%20next%20door%20to%20each%20other%20any%20more,%20and%20we%20didn't%20see%20each%20other%20as%20often,%20so%20we%20decided%20to%20do%20coffee%20at%20%206am.%20Every%20Tuesday%20morning.%20%20I%20LOVE%20Tuesday%20mornings.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOur%20children%20%20have%20grown,%20graduated,%20got%20married,%20had%20their%20own%20children,%20and%20sadly%20%20we've%20lost%20parents.%20%20But%20there%20has%20always%20been,%20and%20we%20both%20believe%20there%20will%20always%20be%20a%20Tuesday%20morning%20and%20a%20coffee%20cup%20to%20talk%20all%20those%20things%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDebbie%20E%20and%20her%20grandson%20Dane.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E***%20Love%20the%20circle%20of%20%20life***%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20used%20to%20be%20young.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20we%20hold%20our%20grandchildren.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20are%20lucky.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20Friday%20Friends%20and%20I.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
