Ingredientes

  • 2 jar (6 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, minced reserve marinade
  • 3 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, mashed
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 6 x Soda crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in reserved marinade till limp. Beat Large eggs and add in crackers, cheese, parsley, minced artichokes, onion/garlic mix, and salt and pepper.
  2. Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40 min, till set (test with a toothpick).
  3. Cut into squares and serve.
