Receta Frito Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x 15-ounce. can enchilada sauce
- 1 tsp chili pwdr Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 x 10-ounce. bag Fritos
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Shredded lettuce Diced tomatoes Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef and onion in a skillet and drain. Add in enchilada sauce, chili pwdr and salt and pepper and simmer for 30 min. Place about 1/4 c. Fritos in the bottom of a serving bowl and top with meat mix, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and lowfat sour cream.
- Chefs Notes: Use the leanest grnd beef you can find and low fat cheese. I have yet to find reduced fat Fritos but use them if they exist. For those of you which may not know, Fritos are seasoned corn chips. They are smaller than traditional tortilla chips with a stronger flavor. If you can't find them, use another brand of corn chips.
