Ingredientes

1 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 T melted shortening

1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients and place sliced onions in the batter overnight in the refrigerator. Fry in hot oil.
