Ingredientes

  • 250 ml Lowfat milk, (10fl ounce)
  • 5 x Egg yolks
  • 250 gm Caster sugar, (9oz)
  • 500 gm Fromage frais, (1/2 kg)
  • 125 gm Mascarpone cheese, (4oz) Vanilla, optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat the lowfat milk. Whisk together the sugar and egg yolks, add in the lowfat milk and return to a rinsed out pan. Bring up the temperature till the custard thickens, then strain and cold it. Blend in the cheeses and freeze in a sorbetiere.
