Ingredientes

  • 600 gm Mixed Summer Berries
  • 400 gm Fromage Frais
  • 1/2 x Leaf Bronze Leaf Gelatine
  • 15 gm Lavender Honey
  • 200 ml Double Cream, Whipped

Direcciones

  1. Soften the gelatine in cool water for five min. Dissolve the honey on a low heat, remove from heat and add in gelatine. Cold. Fold the fromage frais into the cream, then stir in the honey. Divide between six mould lined with cling film and set overnight. To serve, divide the berries into six portions, sprinkle with caster sugar. Turn out the fromage frais and peel off the cling film.
