Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 c. Sifted confectioner's sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. Apricot preserves

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter and cream cheese, beating till smooth. Combine flour, sugar and baking pwdr; stir into creamed mix. Add in the apricot preserves and minced pecans, mixing well. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 F. for 12-15 min. Cold slightly on wire racks. Frost with Apricot Frosting while hot.
  2. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
  3. Apricot Frosting: Combine all ingredients, and beat till smooth.
