Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. Brown sugar packed
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Cashews,salted halved
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk approx.

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, lowfat sour cream, margarine, egg and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 min or possibly till no indentation remains when touched. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cold completely. Frost with Brown Buttered Frosting.
  2. Makes about 31/2 dozen cookies.
  3. Frosting: Heat margarine in saucepan over medium heat till delicate brow; cold. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and lowfat milk; beat till frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.
