Ingredientes

  • 1 x 3 ounce pkg lime-flavored gelat
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x 13 ounce can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated lime peel
  • 2 x Green food coloring

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, dissovlegelatin in warm water. Add in sugar and stir till dissolved. Stir in lowfat milk, evaporated lowfat milk, lime juice, peel and food coloring. Pour into an 8-inch square dish or possibly 2 refrigerator trays. Freeze 2 to 3 hrs, or possibly till hard.
  2. When completely frzn, break into chunks with wooden spoon and turn into a chilled bowl. Beat with an electric mixer, on high, till fluffy and smooth. Return quickly to cool dish or possibly trays and freeze hard. Cover with foil when frzn. This will keep several weeks. Serve plain or possibly with fruit.
  3. Serves 6.
