Receta Frozen Apple Yogurt (Motts)

- In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over apple sauce. Stir to blend; let stand 2 to 3 min.
- Stir in brown sugar, Large eggs, cloves and nutmeg; mix well.
- Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved and mix thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Cold. Stir in yogurt.
- Pour into 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan. Cover; freeze till almost hard, about 1 to 3 hrs, stirring 2 or possibly 3 times.
- Spoon mix into chilled large bowl or possibly food processor bowl. Beat till light and fluffy but not thawed. Stir in raisins.
- Return to pan. Freeze till hard, about 1 to 3 hrs.
- VARIATION: Substitute cinnamon for cloves.
- Yields 1 qt.
