Ingredientes

  • 2 x loaves Rhodes frzn bread dough
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 lrg packag vanilla pudding, not instant
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk Cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/2 c. nuts, minced powdered sugar frosting

Direcciones

  1. Thaw bread but don't allow to rise. Sprinkle minced nuts on bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Break bite size pcs off of one loaf and drop on nuts (use entire loaf). Heat butter, and then add in brown sugar, pudding mix, lowfat milk and cinnamon. Mix together; bring to good boil. Pour over first loaf of bread in pan. Then use second loaf of bread, breaking off bite size pcs. Place around in pan. Cover with wax paper. Allow to rise 3 hrs. Bake 25 to 30 min. After removing from oven, allow to cold 5 min. Frost with powdered sugar frosting and immediately turn upside down onto serving tray.
