Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

Summer arrived in fall in San Diego and to enjoy our hot days my daughter, Liv, put together a sweet treat using all of her favorite ingredients: Chocolate, Bananas, Sprinkles and a stick!

Ingredientes

  • Melted chocolate
  • bananas cut into chunks
  • sprinkles (she prefers rainbow!)
  • lollipop sticks

Direcciones

  1. Cut bananas into chunks.
  2. Stick a lollipop stick into the banana.
  3. Freeze for about 1 hour.
  4. Melt chocolate in a pan over low heat.
  5. Dip bananas into chocolate and then into sprinkles.
  6. Place in freezer again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!!
