Ingredientes

  • 1 can pineapple tidbits in juice - (9 ounce) liquid removed
  • 2 med bananas cut scant 1/2" pcs
  • 1/2 c. quartered small strawberries
  • 2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 tsp Equal for Recipes (or possibly 18 packets Equal sweetener or possibly 3/4 c. Equal Spoonful)
  • 1/3 c. walnut pcs
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix pineapple tidbits, bananas, and strawberries into yogurt; fold in lemon juice, Equal, walnuts, and salt.
  2. Spoon mix into 6 lined muffin tins or possibly your favorite shaped gelatin molds; freeze till hard, 4 to 6 hrs.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 5 - 10 min; loosen salads with tip of sharp knife and remove from tins.
  4. For festive occasions or possibly holidays, a birthday candle can be inserted into the top of each salad when partially frzn.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  6. Serving size: 1/6 recipe.
