Frozen Ice Cream Cookie Loaf

Ingredientes

  • crushed oreo cookies
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanuts or brickle or chocolate chips
  • 8 oz carton whipped topping or equivalent amount whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Spray a 7X11 freezer-proof dish with cooking spray. Lightly cover bottom of dish with crushed cookie crumbs. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread softened ice cream over crumbs. Drizzle on chocolate syrup and sprinkle on the peanuts. Sprinkle with more cookie crumbs, then spread the whipped topping. Top sparsely with about 1 tblsp cookie crumbs.
  3. Cover freeze for 2 hours or more. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
