Ingredientes

  • 2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 c. lemonade, frzn concentrate partially thawed
  • 2/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon zest grated
  • 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In food processor or possibly blender, combine all ingredients; process till smooth.
  2. Fill popsicle molds or possibly small paper c. with yogurt mix. If using paper c., cover each c. with aluminum foil. Insert popsicle stick into each mold or possibly c.. freeze till mix hardens. Carefully remove from molds or possibly c. before serving.
  3. NOTES : The simplicity of these bars belies their wonderful, refreshing flavor, that is reminiscent of lemon cheesecake. [VT]
