Frozen Mocha Malted
As I was sitting here feeling the heat of the day warming up the kitchen, I knew I needed something to cool me down. What conjures up in my brain is ice cream, or iced coffee.
You know, with a little testing in my kitchen, I came up with this Frozen Mocha Malted concoction. Just enough for two.
Um, but make sure there are two of you to drink it.
Frozen Mocha Malted
makes approximately 1½ cups

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups slow churned Dreyer’s Brand vanilla bean ice cream
- ½ cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 3 tablespoon light chocolate syrup (or my home-made chocolate syrup)
- about ½ cup of ice cubes
Directions
Dump all the ingredient into your blender and blend away.
