Receta Frozen Peach Sunset

Ingredientes

1 1/2 c. Ice 3/4 c. Peach nectar 1 whl peach, pitted and sliced, unpeeled

1 Tbsp. Bottled sweetened lime juice 2 Tbsp. Nonalcoholic grenadine syrup Opt garnish: fresh mint sprigs, lime wedges or possibly peach slice

Direcciones

1. Combine ice, peach nectar, peach slices and sweetened lime juice in blender. Blend till smooth.
2. Presentation: Pour 1 Tbsp. grenadine syrup into bottom of each of two 12-oz glasses. Pour frzn peach mix on top of grenadine. Syrup should partially mix, sending brilliant red streaks up to top of glass.
3. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint, wedge of lime or possibly peach slice.
4. Makes 212-oz servings.
