Frozen Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 c.)
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (NOT evaporated)
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) container black cherry yogurt
  • 1 c. fresh bing cherries, pitted and halved
  • 3/4 c. seedless green grapes, halved
  • 3/4 c. coarsely minced nectarines or possibly peaches
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (4 ounce) container frzn non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Direcciones

  1. Line 9x5 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil extending foil above sides of pan. Put together coconut and butter; press firmly on bottom of prepared pan.In large bowl, put together remaining ingredients except whipped topping; mix well. Mix in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
  2. To serve, remove from pan; peel off foil and slice. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers. Makes at least 12 servings. Good for a potluck and may serve as salad or possibly light dessert and slices neatly.
