- Smoothie No. 1: Place the first two ingredients in the blender and process.
- Add in the lowfat yoghurt after the banana has been blended through the Vita Rich.
- Serve
- Smoothie No. 2:Place the fruit juice with the minced banana and orange segments into the blender, blend well and then add in the remaining ingredients.
- Give it an additional whirl.
- Serve.
