Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Tararua Vita Rich
  • 1 x banana
  • 500 gm Naturalea Herbal Echinacea, Blackcurrant & Honey lowfat yoghurt
  • 1 c. fruit juice
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 x orange, peeled
  • 1/2 c. Tararua Vita Rich
  • 3 Tbsp. Naturalea Herbal Echinacea, Blackcurrant & (3 to 4) Honey Flavoured Lowfat yoghurt

Direcciones

  1. Smoothie No. 1: Place the first two ingredients in the blender and process.
  2. Add in the lowfat yoghurt after the banana has been blended through the Vita Rich.
  3. Serve
  4. Smoothie No. 2:Place the fruit juice with the minced banana and orange segments into the blender, blend well and then add in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Give it an additional whirl.
  6. Serve.
