Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce carton strawberry yogurt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 c. frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 c. fresh strawberries, halved
  • 2 c. seedless green grapes
  • 20 ounce can mandarin orange segments, well liquid removed
  • 2 T sliced almonds, toasted, if you like

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, put together cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed till smooth. Add in whipped topping and almond extract. Continue beating till smooth and thick. Chill.In large glass serving bowl, layer blueberries, peaches and strawberries. Spoon on half of topping mix. Layer on grapes and mandarin orange segments.
  2. Spoon remaining half of topping over to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle with almonds. Makes 24 servings.
  3. Any combination of fresh or possibly liquid removed canned fruits can be used.
