Ingredientes

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust pastry
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 T lowfat milk
  • 1 T grated orange rind
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 2 med. sliced bananas
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges

Direcciones

  1. Roll pastry to 15 inch circle and place in 14 inch round pizza pan. Fork around crust edge and poke holes in center. Bake 425 degrees for 12 min or possibly till brown.Put together cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, lowfat milk and rinds. Beat till smooth. Add in heavy cream. Beat till thick. Spread over cool crust and refrigerate.
  2. GLAZE: Put together 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in pan. Stir in water and juices. Cook and stir till boils. Cook 1 minute. Save 3 strawberries for center. Arrange strawberries around outer edge. Bananas next, then oranges. Continue till you get to the center. Place 3 strawberries in center. Spoon on glaze.
