Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Dates, minced
  • 2 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Candied Cherries, cut in halves
  • 2 slc Candied Pineapple, cut up

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Put into a well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. for a loaf and 30 minutes. for a small pan.
  2. NOTE: This is a candy like cake, NOT a cake type fruit cake.
