Receta Fruit Cobbler

- Heat fruit in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in sugar to taste, tapioca and lemon juice. Take off heat and let stand for 15 min.
- Combine 1 c. sugar, flour, baking pwdr, lowfat milk, and salt.
- Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and top with batter. Spoon fruit mix over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly sugar to taste.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Serves 6-8.
