Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. to
  • 3/4 c. fruit

Direcciones

  1. Combine the sugar, flour, salt, and beaten Large eggs. Scald the lowfat milk and add in it gradually. Pour into the pie shell, dot the berries over the custard.
  2. Bake at 350F for about 45 min, or possibly till a silver knife into the middle comes out clean. Try it with cherries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, red or possibly black currants, raisins or possibly dry currants, soaked first.
