Ingredientes

  • 4 sht phyllo dough, thawed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush 12 (3inch) muffin-pan c. lightly with butter. Unfold dough. Remove 1 sheet leaving remaining dough covered with plastic wrap as you work. Using a pastry brush, brush 1 sheet lightly with butter & sprinkle with 2 tsp. sugar. Repeat procedure using remaining sheets, butter & sugar. Cut into 12 (4 inch) squares. Gently press squares into muffin c.. Brush edges with remaining butter. Bake 10 min or possibly till golden brown. Remove shells from pan as soon as you take them out of the oven or possibly they will stick & break into pcs once cooled. Cold on a wire rack.
  2. (If desired, double the vanilla sauce. It is good on pancakes and other stuff.)
